Large Government office facility renovation. This successful project involved the total renovations of two complete floors for an occupied office. Since this was an active office, extreme dust protection measures were taken to ensure a clean environment for workers and the office staff. Work hours were modified in order to minimize the impact on daily operations of the L&I office. Details of this project included: Steel studding, DuraSand (prefinished drywall systems), intercom, access control and panic alarm systems, custom courtroom construction, and custom fabricated judge’s benches for hearing rooms.
The Bike Gallery Project was challenging and involved the complete removal and replacement of the entire front supporting wall. Temporary supports were installed while the new front wall was re-built. New large storefront windows were installed to improve visibility. Exterior facade was improved by installing a new veneer brick, fiber cement siding and pvc trim work.
