Steel Building for Kurtz Motorsports

This 26,000 SqFt Steel Building for Kurtz Motorsports in Allenwood, PA, was built from the ground up. From the excavation and land clearing to the final touches. This turn key steel building includes a show room, maintenance areas, bathrooms, and offices. The project included a polished concrete floor, commercial windows and doors, and garage doors.

Commercial Office

This was a 3,000SqFt renovation of an office building. Everything was removed. New steel studded walls were put up to create new offices. Drop ceiling and lighting was installed. Windows were installed. All new flooring was installed.

Lock Haven Hospital OB Unit Renovations

This large renovation project involved a large number of specialized skills and aspects. Some of the specialized aspects were; sprinkler system modifications, welded sheet flooring, panic systems, bathroom remodels. All while complying with ADA standards.

Lock Haven Hospital Dementia Unit

An entire wing of the Lock Haven Hospital was completely renovated to create a new state of the art dementia unit.  This project involved a wide range of details along with a tight timeline.   From built-in cabinet re-facing to new flooring, this project involved a wide range of details.  New Acrovin wall protection systems that integrated wall surface protection, ADA handrails and crash rail system were installed throughout.  Custom wood casing was installed to add a unique look to a heath care environment.

Historical Church Preservation

Caldwell Church in central Pennsylvania. Maintaining the integrity of this historic church, was the primary goal of the church members. The original siding was completely removed. The new siding was installed with the same profile, type of material, and architectural details as the original.  All of the original architectural details were documented to ensure an accurate preservation of the church’s historical charm.

Rural Health Clinic

Rural Health Clinic Renovation that involved a complete tear out and new interior build out. This included all office space, exam rooms, procedure rooms, bathrooms, nurses’ stations, conference room, and waiting rooms.
